Microsoft's IsNot Patent. Was haltet Ihr davon?

    @Dodo: Ist das Patent jetzt generell auf MultiTouch Displays (also dass die die Idee hatten Touch Displays zu bauen, die mit mehreren Fingern gleichzeitig bedient werden können), oder auf die Umsetzung.
    Wenn die wirklich niemandem ohne Genehmigung erlauben Displays in ihre Geräte zu bauen, die man mit mehreren Fingern gleichzeitig benutzen kann, dann lasse ich die Abrundungen von Ecken und Kanten bei Objekten (z.B. Handy) patentieren. Dann würde es ja ein Problem für Apple werden, denn dann müssten die mich entweder bezahlen oder Geräte mit scharfen Ecken und Kanten bauen...

    Oder noch besser: Ich lasse Photone patentieren. Dann dürfte niemand Licht erzeugen (also müssten alle Hersteller und Benutzer von Glühbirnen, Energiesparlampen, ->Bildschirmen!<-, etc. auch zahlen. Ich glaube der Begriff hieß "Trivialpatent" :thumbdown:

    Es geht also "nur" um das "gestengesteuerte Übersetzen" einer Seite. Sicherlich etwas, was anderen das Leben "etwas" schwerer macht, aber kein Killerpatent. Schon gar nicht auf "touchscreen".
