    Englisch Argumentation

    Hi,
    ich muss morgen in Englisch eine Argumentation mit dem Thema "Students should rate their schools on the internet?"
Danke !!!

    On the internet you can rate a lot of things, for example hotels and restaurants. You can also rate teachers and schools on the internet. But is it a good idea to rate schools on the internet?
    Ratings on the internet can help people to find the right thing. So parents have it easy to find the right school for their children. For example parents can find out, if lessons often fall out or not and they can find out, if the teachers of the school are good or bad. Apart this schools get more feedback from the students, so it is easier to make the school better.
    But rating schools in the internet have a lot of disadvantages too. Most students wouldn’t rate their schools objectify and say something wrong about the school. This can damage the reputation of the school very bad and the number of students can shrink. A solution for this would be an age limit, for example you have to be 16 years or older to rate your school, because if you are older, you are more intelligent and you have better arguments. But unfortunately there are also a lot of students in this age, who are not serious and it can be the case that a lot of students say that they old enough to rate, but in reality they are too young to rate the school.
    Actually rating schools on the internet is a very good idea, but the arguments against this confirm, that it must happened a lot before rating schools is also a useful project.
    1. Im zweiten Satz würde ich das "on the internet" wegmachen (-> Wiederholung)
    2. Sätze verbinden (-> Komma)
    3. "So parents have it easy to ..." -> So it's easy for parents to...
    4. "often fall out" gibts net
    5. "they can find out..." zu oft
    6. "objectify" ist falsch
    7. Eine Anzahl von etwas kann nicht "shrinken"
    8. "that it must happened a lot" geht net

    Fazit: Grammatikalisch eigentlich ok (kommt darauf an, wie man es definiert :P), aber vom Lesen her gibts viel zu bemeckern: Zu viele Wiederholungen, viel wörtlich übersetzt (Google Übersetzer? :D).
    Danke schonmal für die Hilfe!!
    @Toni: ich will sagen, das noch viel passieren muss, bevor dass bewerten von schulen ein sinnvolles Projekt ist.
    @nafets3646:
    4. Damit will ich so viel sagen wie “ob Stunden oft ausfallen“ (also: Eltern können so rausfinden ob oft Stunden ausfallen")
    6. Google Übersetzer sagte mir dass so (Wort: objektiv)
    7. Ich wollte sagen, dass dann die Anzahl der Schüler schrumpfen kann

    Doch, heißt aber eher "herausfallen".
    Stattdessen solltest du "canceled" benutzen.

    (Wenn es nur eine Hausaufgabe ist, kannst du es so lassen, wenn nicht, würde ich es nochmal überarbeiten)
