    Hallo zusammen,

    bisher hab ich noch nichts vernünftiges gefunden um meinen GMail-Webmailclient per S/Mime zu verschlüsseln.
    Klar über einen EmailClientwie Thunderbird funktioniert das problemlos. Aber ich schreibe die meisten meiner Mail über das Web-Interface.

    Kennt einer von euch eine möglichkeit das Webinterface von Googlemail in Chrome zu erweitern damit S/MIME unterstützt wird?

    Das ist leider auch nur für FF.

    Ich nutze seit längerem nur noch Chrome da der bei mir (vielleicht gefühlt) performanter läuft.

    Aber danke DJIZGO werde ich mir dennoch mal anschauen.

    Oh tl;dr. Sorry: Hab Chrome überlesen. Na ja, ich persönlich bin von beiden Browsern angetan.

    Hmm scheinbar gibt es kein solches Verschlüsselungsding für Chrome.

    Wenn ich jetzt Verschwörungstheoretiker wäre würde ich sagen das ist Absicht und wird von Google zurückgehalten.

    Kann ich mir auch nur als Grund vorstellen, dass Google das nicht möchte. Also steig auf FF um.

    @Trade Ich mag FF in letzter Zeit nicht mehr.

    Ich hab ganz oft performance Probleme mit dem.
    Außerdem funktioniert das Plugin leider nicht mehr seitdem G-Mail das neue Design hat.

    Sehe ich auch so.

    Ich habe mich jetzt für Thunderbird entschieden.

    Dann werden die mobil versendeten Mail halt nicht verschlüsselt.
