    Kann mir mal jemand erklären was aufeinmal alle gegen Facebook haben ^^ ?
    Wers nicht will braucht sich ja nicht anmelden, das ist halt zurzeit Mode.

    Ich bin gespannt ob das, oder sagen wir lieber, wann das zu einer neuen DotCom Blase führt.

    Naja, was das DDoS angeht, muss ich zustimmen:
    Die haben zu viele Server...

    neulich habe ich mir so ein paar quelltexte von google angesehen von wegen "s125.google.de" oder "s253.google.de" usw.
    also da steht ja s und dannach ne zahl.
    Da gehe ICH von aus, dass es für z.b. server 125 geht oder server 253.
    Da denke ICH, dass die ca. 200 server haben eh?
    Und da zu ddosen, das geht einfach nicht! :O

    Meine vermutung:

    Wenn du facebook f!cken willst, da brauchste bald gigabytes von daten auf einmal :O

    About:
    A nameserver is what translates "facebook.com" into an ip address. When you connect to the site, your browser contacts these nameservers, and gets the information needed. This is stored in your computer until a set date, usually 24 hours.

    What we will do:
    Because facebook has hundreds of servers, we can't take down facebook itself. But if we took down the nameservers, then users couldn't connect after their cache expires. It's like a narrow tunnel, and on both sides there are huge openings. You can't cover the clearings, but you can cover the tunnel.
    One complication is that facebook has 5 nameservers. When a user can't connect, it tries the next one. So there are 5 tunnels. To effectively do anything, all 5 need to be down. We need to be distributed between the 5.

    How:
    For a prolonged period of time, we can launch a DDoS attack on all 5 servers using LOIC (Or similar) VIA TCP or UDP at port 53. For this to work they must be down for multiple days! Spread the word! We need all the power we can get, or it just won't work!

    Also... ich nutze zwar FB und in manchen Situationen ist es sogar wichtig für mich!

    Aber wenn Anonymous es platt machen will, dann: Bitte soll'n sie's halt machen! Mich störts nicht...

    Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass Google über eine Million Hardwareserver hat. Weißt du was ein Serverrack mit ca. 10 Hardwareservern für Temperaturen erzeugt, wie viel Platz es braucht? Man kann keine 100 000 Serverracks(wenn man von 10er racks ausgeht) so einfach unterbringen.. Mit allen Virtuellen Servern könnte es allerdings schon möglich sein.

    Du tust grade so, kubus, als ob wir den hackerangriff starten wollten :S

    Allerdings wirft dein Post bei mir eine Frage auf: Mal angenommen, (jetzt nur auf Deutschland bezogen), es würden bei einer solchen Aktion 300 Skript Kiddies mitmachen, und die Polizei könnte immerhin 200 Kiddies ausfindig machen, was würde denen als Strafe blühen, vorrausgesetzt sie sind alle schon Strafmündig.

    Wenn Facebook wirklich "down" gehen würde also durch diese Attacke nicht mehr ereichbar wäre, wäre das dann so ein "schwerer Fall"? Würden dann zweihundert Jugendliche zumindest ein paar Jahre im Knast verbringen müssen? Kann ich mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen ^^
